Wendy Allard |
Peterson Russell Kelley
Wendy is an attorney with Peterson Russell Kelly, a law firm in downtown Bellevue. Wendy did her undergraduate degree at UW and went on to receive her JD from Seattle University School of Law where she graduated Magna cum laude. She then completed her Masters in Law at UW School of Law. Wendy’s focuses her practice primarily on estate planning and probate, where she counsels clients concerning how to best protect assets, benefit loved ones, minimize taxes, and prevent disputes after death. Prior to entering private practice, Wendy served a clerkship with the Honorable H. Joseph Coleman of the Washington State Court of Appeals, Div. I.
Outside of her practice, Wendy is busy raising three children and running after two dogs and a husband. She lives in Bellevue and enjoys baking, cake decorating, knitting, and her newest hobby - making soap.
Sarah Archer |
Making the move from a large financial institution to a boutique advisory firm was a choice Sarah made easily after seeing the value Integrity provides to each client’s individual financial situation. Sarah oversees all investment activities of the firm, including monitoring portfolio models, manager research, capital market model development, asset allocation implementation, and risk management. She also meets with clients to review investment portfolios and implement a holistic financial plan. With a strong background in business finance and commercial banking, Sarah previously provided financial products and services to companies with annual revenues between $20 and $500 million. As a pillar of the Integrity team, Sarah enjoys meeting the unique needs of clients and business owners alike, helping to put their financial needs in order so they can focus on things that matter most.
In 2016, Sarah and her husband opened their own small business providing Sarah with the unique perspective of each business owner Integrity serves.
Sarah is an avid snowboarder and enjoys traveling all over the world, having lived abroad in Italy for a time. In addition to visiting new countries, Sarah is actively engaged in non-profits aimed at supporting children and victims of injustice.
Deann Cross |
With over 18 years in the financial services Industry, Deann joined Integrity after seeing the unique approach to wealth management and cusomer service offered by the firm. Prior to joining the team in 2007, Deann worked at a boutique advisory firm in downtown Seattle helping to serve large pension and endowment fund clients. Seeing that level of professional management brought to individual and small-business clients through a holistic approach to wealth management has been a rewarding and fulfilling journey.
Previously serving as the firm’s Director of Investments, Deann currently oversees the operations of the firm, working closely with the executive leadership team and continuing to provide service to long-standing clients of the firm.
Outside of the office, Deann enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three sons. She is actively involved in volunteer service with Hopelink, an organization focused on assisting families in crisis through food assistance, temporary housing, and education.

Stacey is a co-founder of Cornerstone Insurance Group who mission is to empower individuals to feel confident in their insurance decisions through knowledge, education and expert advice. Cornerstones provides personalized recommendations relating to Medicare Planning, Long-Term Care planning, Critical Care needs, & Final expenses.
With a background in Human Relations and Business Management, and over 15 years of experience in the industry, Stacey is very passionate about helping her clients sort through all the confusion when it comes to insurance information and assisting them in determining the options that are right for them. She has found her work in insurance incredibly rewarding and cherishes the peace of mind she is able to give others.
Stacey lives in Seattle with her husband and son, who is very active in basketball. She enjoys all types of social events and taking trips around the Northwest with her family and friends. Though she now lives/works in the greater Seattle area, her heart also lies with her home town roots of Morton, WA
Loretta Story |
Loretta is the principal and founder of Story Law a boutique collaborative law center dedicated to a client-centric practice of family law. She is committed to providing a supportive, respectful environment to serve her clients’ needs whether they are involved in collaborative law, mediation, or litigation. She also assists with simple wills, health care directives, and powers of attorney. Loretta graduated from Portland State University and received her JD in 1994. She has practiced law for over 25 years, with many of those years focused on domestic violence issues.
Loretta spends a great deal of time mentoring younger attorneys and serving the community by volunteering and working on legal boards. She was instrumental in bring Collaborative Law into the State of Washington and getting a statute passed, which changes the landscape for all family law matters. Loretta currently lives in Tam O’Shanter, a golf course community in Bellevue, and has have 4 grandchildren. In her free time she enjoys golfing, skiing and play tennis.
Cindy Fraioli | Guild Mortgage
With over 25 years of sales experience in challenging corporate environments, Cindy has developed extensive experience in all facets of the sales process in both technical and financial industries.
For the last decade, she has specialized in the mortgage industry. Cindy has established strategic alliances with many of Washington’s top builders and Realtors, often serving as the trusted site lender for a number of housing communities. She is continually recognized as a top producer and her awards, achievements, customer accolades, and corporate recognition back up her promise of delivering the best loan for one’s financial situation today. Cindy is a very high energy sales producer, aggressive, hardworking, and fiercely dedicated to her clients. She adamantly believes the customer is always first and foremost and strives to create long-lasting relationships with each of her customers.
Cindy has been honored by Guild Mortgage as one of its Top 100 Loan Officers in the United States and was named to the Exclusive President’s Club. She has also been recognized by Scotsman Guide, the Top Publication for Mortgage Professionals, as being in the Top 1% of all Residential Loan Officers in the Nation.
Cindy currently lives in Edmonds, WA and has two daughters and two new grandbabies. In her spare time, she enjoys hanging out with grandchildren and riding her show horse Wimpo.
