Prior to joining Integrity, Lockwood spent over a decade as a business owner and advisor in the service focused, small business space. In 2015, after a year working alongside Kris as VP of Business Development, Lockwood accepted the role of CEO at Integrity as an opportunity to further invest himself in a company in which he is passionately aligned. He found significant value in the client-centric, family-oriented culture that Integrity embodies and believes there is much opportunity to continue to see the company grow.
In addition, Lockwood advises on charitable giving strategies and donor relations with Mission of Hope: Haiti, and serves as a teaching elder and worship leader at The Malibu Gathering, a local community church.
In his personal time, Lockwood is an involved member of the Malibu community where he lives with his wife and two children. He loves the outdoors and challenges himself to excel in hobbies and business alike. In 2014, he won the historic Catalina Classic paddleboard race and previously held the stock class world record.
