Kristofer Gray, CFP® helps entrepreneurs and family-owned businesses create a road map for both the qualitative and quantitative aspects of wealth and succession planning. Kristofer facilitates educational retreats for family offices with other nationally recognized speakers and thought leaders in the areas of wealth, family, and health. As a Certified Financial Planner®, a Certified 401(k) Professional®, and a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist®, Kristofer helps high net worth families evaluate and make tailored financial planning decisions on behalf of their business, which along with real estate, typically represents the majority of the family’s net worth. He earned both his Master’s degree and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, and he serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Washington Business. Working with Kristofer gives you access to an array of the finest quality alternative investment offerings for accredited investors, as well as access to a network of high-caliber professionals, educators, and trusted advisors for your family. Kristofer writes and presents at conferences on the topics of generational wealth, family business, succession planning, private equity, and philanthropy.
Lockwood Holmes

Prior to joining Integrity, Lockwood spent over a decade as a business owner and advisor in the service focused, small business space. In 2015, after a year working alongside Kris as VP of Business Development, Lockwood accepted the role of CEO at Integrity as an opportunity to further invest himself in a company in which he is passionately aligned. He found significant value in the client-centric, family-oriented culture that Integrity embodies and believes there is much opportunity to continue to see the company grow.In addition, Lockwood advises on charitable giving strategies and donor relations with Mission of Hope: Haiti, and serves as a teaching elder and worship leader at The Malibu Gathering, a local community church.In his personal time, Lockwood is an involved member of the Malibu community where he lives with his wife and two children. He loves the outdoors and challenges himself to excel in hobbies and business alike. In 2014, he won the historic Catalina Classic paddleboard race and previously held the stock class world record.
Deann Cross
Chief Operating Officer
With over 18 years in the financial services industry, Deann joined Integrity after seeing the unique approach to wealth management and customer service offered by the firm. Prior to joining the team in 2007, Deann worked at a boutique advisory firm in downtown Seattle helping to serve large pension and endowment fund clients. Seeing that level of professional management brought to individual and small-business clients through a holistic approach to wealth management has been a rewarding and fulfilling journey.Previously serving as the firm’s Director of Investments, Deann currently oversees the operations of the firm, working closely with the executive leadership team and continuing to provide service to long-standing clients of the firm.Outside of the office, Deann enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and three sons. She is actively involved in volunteer service with Hopelink, an organization focused on assisting families in crisis through food assistance, temporary housing and education.
Sarah Archer
Chief Investment Officer
Making the move from a large financial institution to a boutique advisory firm was a choice Sarah made easily after seeing the value Integrity provides to each client’s individual financial situation. Sarah oversees all investment activities of the firm, including monitoring portfolio models, manager research, capital market model development, asset allocation implementation, and risk management. She also meets with clients to review investment portfolios and implement a holistic financial plan. With a strong background in business finance and commercial banking, Sarah previously provided financial products and services to companies with annual revenues between $20 and $500 million. As a pillar of the Integrity team, Sarah enjoys meeting the unique needs of clients and business owners alike, helping to put their financial needs in order so they can focus on things that matter most.In 2016, Sarah and her husband opened their own small business providing Sarah with the unique perspective of each business owner Integrity serves.Sarah is an avid snowboarder and enjoys traveling all over the world, having lived abroad in Italy for a time. In addition to visiting new countries, Sarah is actively engaged in non-profits aimed at supporting children and victims of injustice.
Admand Wong
Financial Advisor
Admand Wong obtained a BS in mechanical engineering from Washington State University in 1997. He holds a Series 65 securities license and is insurance licensed in Washington State and successfully earned his C (k)P designation in 2013. With in-depth experience in Multiple Employer Plan and Master Trust Arrangement offerings, Admand has a real heart for serving small business owners and for offering in-depth education at every level of a holistic financial plan. Prior to Integrity, Admand was a technology consultant with an elite clientele of engineers and executive level officers among the fortune-500 manufacturing and technology companies. Admand’s personalized approach of teaching and guiding allows numerous individuals, families, and small businesses the ability to create a clear and distinguishable plan that they can follow every step of the way. No challenge is too big for Admand, who draws upon his vast experiences to help create tailor-made solutions for his clients.
Jason McKinney

Jason obtained a BS in Industrial and Management Engineering from Montana State University in 2001. He was previously the founding director of the South Lake Union Chamber of Commerce, Seattle WA from 2006 to 2010 and a Financial Advisor with a global wealth management firm.Ever since Jason joined Integrity’s team of wealth managers, his strengths in financial advising have been a tremendous asset to our clients. Jason is deeply committed to holistic financial planning and is passionate about supporting small business owners develop comprehensive retirement plans. Jason understands his clients’ unique needs and works diligently to provide them with the best advice possible in order to support their company, family, and employees. Andrew Mescon

Andrew obtained an MBA in finance from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business & Management in 2012, a MPA from Columbia University’s School of International & Public Affairs in 2005 and a BA in political science from Trinity College in 2000.A true financial services veteran, Andrew has over a decade’s worth of experience working for top firms and servicing a vast clientele. His diverse background in investment banking, hedge funds, and specialty lending make Andrew an invaluable resource for small business leaders. Andrew believes that successful financial planning is highly dependent on determining specific long-term goals, establishing the appropriate structure of the overall investment strategy to achieve those goals, and maintaining discipline throughout the life of the plan. A deeply relational person, Andrew loves getting to know his clients better and finds the relationships he forms to be the most rewarding part of his job.

Adam is a licensed financial advisor holding his series 65. Prior to joining Integrity, he has helped entrepreneurs grow their businesses from the ground up in Silicon Valley, engaged executives at Fortune 500 companies in Atlanta and served with NGOs in Tanzania. Adam understands the specific financial needs of entrepreneurs in today’s highly competitive climate and the importance of leveraging expert advice to achieve goals. In his personal time, Adam is an avid adventurer (surfing, rock climbing, traveling).
Gabe Boruff

With over 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, Gabe possesses a knowledge of financial markets and prudent investment principles. Prior to joining IFC, in 2019, Gabe served as a financial advisor at Edward Jones, an independent life insurance specialist, a college baseball coach and a professional baseball player. Gabe’s diverse background makes him an especially valuable resource for small and medium-sized business owners, who sometimes require an additional layer of financial understanding to address their unique investment needs. Gabe is a Series 7 & 66 licensed Financial Advisor and maintains his life insurance license in the state of Washington.
Reid Kitagawa

Reid began his career in the financial services industry in 2013, when he joined Saturna Capital working in Investor Services and Operations. Prior to joining IFC, Reid served as a Registered Associate at Morgan Stanley, helping to service high net worth households. Throughout his career, Reid has focused on retirement strategies and holistic financial planning. His main goal is to help individuals visualize their current financial state and realize their financial goals. Reid holds his Series 65 Securities License. He also has a BA in Business Administration and an MBA from Western Washington University.

Jordan Tuchek
Jordan Tuchek has over 5 years of experience in investment management operations and investor support. He specializes in understanding processes, data management, and customer service. Prior to joining Integrity, he worked for a mutual fund company as the lead for investor services and treasury management. Jordan is a strong believer in understanding the root of a problem and how the organization will benefit from better data. He holds both a BA from Western Washington University and a MS from Southern New Hampshire University.

As an Advisor with Integrity Financial, Taylor Snider focuses on holistic planning, economic analysis, and investment modeling. He understands every family faces unique challenges and through these challenges comes unique opportunities for growth. By accurately understanding each client’s purpose, passions, and potential, Taylor comes alongside his clients on their life journey to provide financial advice and guidance through major life decisions.Taylor graduated cum laude from Westmont College with a bachelor's degree in business and economics. He is currently enrolled in the Certified Financial Planning (CFP) program at Pepperdine University. During his free time, Taylor spends time involved at his local church, works on his motorcycle, and volunteers with local non-profits. Taylor grew up in Santa Barbara, California, an environment that cultivated him as an avid surfer and competitive tennis player.
